SurveyShare has taken every possible measure to ensure that your work remains private and secure. Your current password was encrypted before it was stored in SurveyShare's database. This powerful encryption process is not reversible so SurveyShare cannot recover your current password. When you enter your email address and click the button labeled 'Email Password', a new eight-character password will be randomly generated and emailed to you. Your new password will then be encrypted and stored in SurveyShare's database. You can change your password after you login by following the link that reads 'Update Profile' in the blue bar in the top right corner of the screen.
