Your Survey Center. SurveyShare is a web site that lets you design and conduct
online surveys. Your surveys and response data are hosted on our secure servers.
Each survey is given a unique web address (URL) where respondents can take the
survey. You can use SurveyShare to email this web address to your respondents,
or you can distribute the URL yourself. Your survey's web address is a clickable HTML link you can paste into an email message or post on your web site.
Your Membership.
SurveyShare memberships expire after a specific number of months unless you renew your membership with another purchase. For example, the Quarterly Pro Unlimited account expires three months after your purchase is processed. See our Pricing Page for details. If your membership expires you will no longer be able to access your surveys and data and your respondents will not be able to access your surveys. If this happens you can restore access to SurveyShare by purchasing a renewal membership.
Anonymity. All SurveyShare surveys are anonymous (respondents' identities are
not provided). If you need to associate a specific set of responses with a
respondent's email address, you'll have to ask for the respondent's contact
information in the survey itself. Although some types of surveys prompt respondents for their email addresses on the Opening Statement screen, you cannot associate an email address collected on the Opening Statement screen with a specific set of responses.
Survey Responses. You can see the results, along with simple averages and percentages, by visiting SurveyShare with a web browser.
You can access the individual responses and collected results in real-time as respondents complete your survey. SurveyShare provides limited cross-tabulation options as well
as customizable charts and graphs to help you analyze your data. For more
sophisticated analyses, you can download survey data and
examine it with your favorite statistics tools or spreadsheet software.
