This Addressing Management screen is where you associate a respondent's email address with your survey. The Create Survey process will only show you this screen if you have opted to use SurveyShare to dispatch email invitations, or are conducting a Private Survey.

There are several tab controls on the Addressing Management screen that let you manage respondents' email addresses. You can type in email addresses manually, or upload them from a text file. At the same time these email addresses are being associated with your survey, they are also being added to your Address Book. There are tab controls on this screen that let you access your Address Book and SurveyShare Mailing Lists.

You use this same Addressing Management screen if you later want to remove a respondent's email address from your survey. Use the tab that lets you access your Address Book to remove the association between an unwanted email address and your survey.
Q: Can I use SurveyShare to send reminder email messages?
Subscription members can schedule or send a reminder message to those email addresses associated with Public or Private Surveys that have not yet responded. You can also send a thank-you message to respondents who have taken Public or Private Surveys. Free members do not have access to this advanced feature, which can be found on the Survey Options screen.
