Overview of Features - Create Survey (8/8)
If you click on the Insert New Question button, or the Edit Question button, you'll find the Question Editor screen. Here you can choose from over twenty different kinds of survey items. If you want to insert instructional text, or survey section headers, you can add them like you would any other survey item, from this Question Editor screen.
SurveyShare offers four different kinds of matrix questions, so you can implement Likert Scale questions, or let respondents 'check all that apply'. You can create a simple input form that lets respondents type feedback into a large text field. There are question types that force the respondent to 'choose one of several options", and optionally provide a text field for participants to choose 'Other'.
You can make a question 'required to answer' by checking a box on the Question Editor screen. In this case, respondents cannot submit their answers without filling out the required question.

Q: Can I embed a chart, or picture into my survey?
A: Subscription members can upload a GIF (.gif) or JPEG (.jpg) image and insert it into their survey like a regular survey question.
