This next screen lets you decide whether SurveyShare should dispatch email invitations to your respondents when you activate your survey. You can customize a portion of the survey invitation. Your survey's respondent URL, and instructions for taking your survey, will be added to your custom message.
The only time SurveyShare dispatches emails by itself is the moment a survey is activated. If an email address is not associated with the survey at that time, SurveyShare does not automatically send it an invitation.
SurveyShare allows you to create Mailing Lists from an Address Book that holds respondent email addresses. You can access this Address Book from a link in the orange menu bar. Adding a new email address to your Address Book, or a Mailing List, does NOT automatically associate that email address with one of your surveys. To accomplish this task, follow the Survey Control link until you get to your Survey Options screen.

Q: How do I invite someone to take my survey after it is already activated?
A: Free members cannot use SurveyShare to send follow-up messages to respondents after a survey has been activated. However, even if you are a paid member, if you want to invite people to participate in your survey after it is activated, we recommend sending them an email from your personal email account. This can be better than using SurveyShare, since you will be notified if an email bounces back due to a typo. Some people employ advanced email filters that ask you to manually confirm that the email is not spam before it is delivered. SurveyShare is not configured to respond to these email filters, so many of our members use their personal email service to distribute the survey URL.
