Overview of Features - Create Survey (4/8)
This screen lets you preview the questions in the survey template. Most SurveyShare screens have green Continue buttons at the bottom which you use to navigate our web site. When you click the Continue button on the template preview screen, it will load the template questions into the Survey Editor.
Congratulations, you have successfully created your own web survey!
After you have clicked through the survey creation process, you can find your new survey by following Survey Control link in the orange menu bar.
Now, all that is left to do is:
- edit your questions and possible responses
- confirm your survey options, and
- activate your survey.

Q: How do I control who takes my survey?
A: SurveyShare offers five different survey types which let you control who can participate.
For a Private survey, only those people whom you specify may take the survey. When a respondent begins a Private survey, they are asked to input an email address on the Opening Statement screen. If this email address matches one of the email addresses that you have associated with the survey, they are allowed to take the survey once, and only once.
SurveyShare also offers four other types of surveys that do not require you to
enter your respondents' email addresses before they can participate.
