Create a Survey
There are three ways to create a survey.
Create From Template
SurveyShare has over 200 templates that you can use. We offer templates in education, customer satisfaction, human resources, government, and medical areas. You may use these templates as is, or modify them to suit your needs.
Create From Scratch
When you create a survey from scratch you get a blank slate. You will be prompted to pick a survey name. Once you choose a name, will have a single page with no questions. You may build and customize your survey exactly as you would like.
Create From Past Surveys
You may also create a new survey from one of your past surveys. We realize your past surveys are a valuable source of questions for new surveys. At times, you may even want to repeat an old survey for a different group or at a different time. Feel free to copy your old surveys for whatever purpose suits you.
